Dear which ever minister/ministry that is in charge of the
COE prices,
I do hope that it will drop to a few thousand dollars so that I can afford it.
The cars are god damn cheap but the dear certificate for it is not.
Not that the cars are cheap and that I can easily afford
but I cannot accept the fact that I have to cough out 70k for the damn COE
when a second hand Vios only costs about 40k !!!
